Easy Ride guarantees a 30-Day Risk-Free Returns Policy so that our valued customers can make the right choice when it comes to purchasing products online or in-store.
How does our Return Policy Work?
100% satisfaction with the products we sell is what we strive for, and therefore our store offers a simple & upfront 30 days return policy. Customers are welcome to return or exchange any unused and unopened products or merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Please note that shipping and merchant fees are excluded)
To be eligible for a refund or make an exchange the product purchased must not be opened or used and must be kept in its original packaging/Boxing so that the product is able to be sold to another customer as a new product just as it was sold to you. Electric Scooters and electric bikes must not be ridden.
The Purchased product/s can be retuned if they meet the above criteria. The product can be, exchanged, refunded or opt for a store credit. All Items purchased must be carefully packaged and sent back safely so that no damage is caused during transit to the Easy Ride store address. Any return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Prior to a refund being issued all Products returned to the Easy Ride store must be inspected by staff for any signs of usage or damage, if it is determined that the condition is acceptable a refund will be issued within 3 Business days Via the same payment method used by the buyer when purchased.
Please note that the cancellation of any order that was paid for using Zip Pay AfterPay, Humm and other finance providers will incur up to a 6% processing fee.
